The role of the sports agent has become increasingly important in the lives of athletes, not only for the care of contractual aspects, but also in the various moments of daily life. For this reason, the EMOD Sport Protection Agency avails itself of the collaboration of important professionals in the sports sector to provide complete and qualified assistance to athletes.

MARCO VECCHIONE Head of Legal Area Attorney Marco Vecchione is a partner of the Vecchione Associated Law Firm, where he has been practicing law since 2010 in the fields of civil law, labor law and sports law. He is a member of the Federal Court of Appeal of the FIPT. He is a tutor for the "Lucio Colantuoni" Course in Sports Law and Sports Justice at the State University of Milan and is a lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Milan-Bicocca. He obtained a master's degree in "Sports Law and Employment Relations in Sports" at the University of Milan-Bicocca. He has collaborated with the "Coccia, De Angelis, Vecchio & Associati" firm in Rome and, in particular, with attorney Mario Vigna, Deputy National Anti-Doping Prosecutor, providing assistance in relation to disputes involving sports clubs of primary national and international importance. He is the author of publications in legal journals and books in the field of sports law. He participates, as a speaker, in events and conferences on sports law throughout the country. In 2022 he obtained the national qualification as a CONI-FIGC sports agent. He is the head of the legal area of the EMOD Sport Protection Agency.

DOMENICO ESPOSITO CEO - Sports Agent He grew up in the world of football from an early age, training as a footballer in his hometown and making his first team debut in the Campania Promotion championship with Virtus Sarno. He later wore the shirts of Ippogrifo Sarno in the Campania Excellence championship, Pro Pagani, Alfaterna and Solofra, with which he celebrated 100 appearances in the yellow and blue shirt, also wearing the captain's armband. Alongside his football career, he continued his studies by enrolling in the Faculty of Law, graduating in April 2018 and obtaining the qualification to practice the profession of lawyer in October 2020. In 2019, following the introduction of the mandatory exam for aspiring sports agents, in the first exam session he was one of 8 registered out of 800 participants to pass the double exam at CONI and FIGC. In the same year he founded the EMOD Sport Protection Agency.

VALERIO CONTI Youth Sector Manager He grew up as a footballer in the Lazio youth teams from the age of 8, and then trained in various regional youth sectors. In 2008 he graduated and at the same time began to collaborate with some football schools in Rome, taking care of observing and finding young talents. Later, he collaborated with various scouting managers of Serie A clubs, observing young footballers for the first teams. He is the Youth Sector Manager for the EMOD Sport Protection Agency.

FEDERICO MANDARINO Sports Management Collaborator From a very young age he gained experience in the sports management of a company. At the same time he continued his studies and obtained a degree in Law at the University of Salerno. In the sports field, he obtained a master's degree in "Sports Management and Marketing" and began collaborating with a sports agency in assisting footballers. In 2024 he joined the EMOD Sport Protection Agency as a Sports Management Collaborator.
